EVE Online's Fractured Skies expansion launches on 10 November with four navy attack battlecruisers, synchronizer rigs, 13 free Academy ships and new Military Campaigns. EVE Vanguard opens as a paid alpha the same day.

• —Navy attack battlecruisers: Naga, Tornado, Oracle and Talos Navy Issue, sold only through Factional Warfare LP stores.
• —Nine synchronizer rig sets cover the four empires and five pirate factions; each rig strengthens with every matching faction module fitted.
• —Campaign bonuses go live across designated faction systems from 5 January; a lowsec empire clash follows later in January.
• —The first Conquest, a seasonal Factional Warfare conflict with a winner, comes online in February; the updated HUD is optional via Feature Preview.

CCP set the Alliance Tournament XXII finals for October 31, with 16 of the original 58 teams entering a double-elimination bracket as fights move from Thunderdome to Tranquility.

• —Best-of-one double elimination until eight teams remain, then best-of-three, then a best-of-five Grand Final.
• —Avalanche Bans: after each fight, ships from the opponent's last composition are banned for the rest of the series.
• —Every finalist declared a flagship, most of them Armageddon Navy Issues; a flagship destroyed in the arena is gone for the tournament.
• —Opening matches on October 31 start at 13:30 UTC, 15 minutes apart.

Crimson Harvest runs until November 3. Capsuleers pick Blood Raiders or the Order of St. Tetrimon, and the side that wins decides whether the Blood Raiders keep a foothold in Pochven or Triglavian minor victory status is cleared from some Amarr systems.

• —The seasonal track ends in a blueprint for the Akoman, a Blood Raider attack battlecruiser available only through the event for now, plus new officer modules.
• —Hollow Outbreak sites come in three classes, from Tech I frigates in highsec and Pochven up to Tech III destroyers in lowsec and Delve.
• —Criterion of Fitness sites are timed solo three-wave encounters unlocked with ciphers; killing Triglavians there costs no standings.
• —Outside highsec, 90% of a destroyed ship's items drop as loot and pods have a 50% chance to surrender implants for the duration.
