CCP banned 10,700 EVE Online accounts whose credentials had been harvested by malware, a sweep that can take a member offline without any wrongdoing on their part. Ragnarok Online locked its siege castles to a whitelist of War of Emperium gear, and Jagex closed a Partner Slayer loophole in Old School RuneScape. Conan Exiles runs Head Hunter to August 30.
CCP proactively banned 10,700 accounts whose credentials had appeared on the dark web, taken by malware rather than sold by their owners. The report also renames the ISK Selling category to RMT Advertising and Selling.
For your guild
A corp member can go dark here without having done anything wrong, so treat a sudden ban as a possible compromise first. CCP advises a malware scan and current protection, worth passing to the whole corp rather than the one person.
The third Summer Sweep Up batch cuts birdhouse Hunter XP by up to 60 percent while raising nest output, doubles the deadfall trap limit, and closes a Partner Slayer loophole that let two players roll extra task choices between them and share the best one.
For your guild
The Partner Slayer change lands on how a clan plays together. Pairing up after rolling tasks is out, an offline partner stops counting, and tasks cannot go to anyone without Mortimer unlocked. A pair commits before it sees the options.
The August 18 maintenance revamped War of Emperium TE on the Kafragarten maps. Castle areas now accept only a whitelist of TE-specific shields, boots and rings, and the Kafragarten Guild Dungeon drops permanent TE gear with random options.
For your guild
A gear whitelist takes years of accumulated equipment out of the siege, so a guild priced out of WoE TE can field a competitive side again. The kit drops in the guild dungeon, which makes farming it a scheduled group run.
Head Hunter runs in Conan Exiles Enhanced from August 18 to August 30. Players pick the Khitan Bounty Hunters or the Dogs of the Desert, collect four skull types for faction currency, and climb a bounty board in PvP or a commission leaderboard in PvE.
For your guild
Both leaderboards pay out only at the end, and sides can be switched for a fee, so a clan that picks one faction and stays on it concentrates its rewards. Twelve days is short for a top placement, so settle the faction early.
The free trial runs until August 25 across six modes, the Tsuru Reef archipelago and the returning Wake Island. It includes Top Gun: Carrier Strike, in which squads fight to destroy the opposing carrier. One claim per EA account.
For your guild
A week to bring prospects in without asking them to buy anything, and one trial per account means it cannot be repeated for that person later. Carrier Strike splits a crew between air and ground, so it shows how a recruit takes direction.
Eight teams survived the group stage. The double elimination bracket starts at the SPD Bank Oriental Sports Center in Shanghai on August 20 and ends in a best-of-five Grand Finals on August 23, with matches beginning at 10 AM China Standard Time each day.

Nothing here changes how the game plays. It is a fixed four-day schedule in a known time zone, which is all a clan needs to put a watch night in the calendar and to know that the usual scrim slots will be thinly attended.
PCGamesN reports on Bohemia's latest Badlands dev blog. The expansion adds a desert map called Nasdara where abandoned houses can be patched and rebuilt into bases, and brings code locks to official servers for the first time.

Code locks on official servers would change how a group shares a base, since access stops being a matter of who was told where the door is. Badlands still has no release date, so this is a reason to watch the dev blogs rather than to rebuild anything now.
Three modders working with Paradox showed early focus trees for a future Romania DLC. Romania starts friendly with France and Poland, and focuses that shift its partners unlock decisions built on the International Cooperation mechanic.

International Cooperation is meant to be shared across every political branch, so read that part if your group plays multiplayer campaigns. Paradox says nothing is finalised and is collecting feedback now, including on its upkeep cost.
