Arc Raiders' Frozen Trail update opens Pendola Pass and a weapon upgrade tree, Escape from Tarkov pays veterans to raid with new accounts, and Rust's October wipe makes air vehicles a server-wide project. Old School RuneScape dates The Fractured Archive for October 20, EVE Online's Crimson Harvest runs to November 3, and Albion Online hits midseason this weekend.

Embark shipped Frozen Trail, the 2.0 update, with a new map called Pendola Pass, a patrolling Frigate, three new enemies, two weapons, a weapon upgrade tree, a grappling hook, and a player Outpost with a research bench.
For your guild
Plan a Frigate night as a full squad rather than a casual drop, and set a research order for the Outpost so the group's 15 amplified guns do not all end up being the same one. Nobody loses old Raider Deck rewards, so there is no rush on the pass.

Patch 1.2.0.0 adds the EXFIL Brothers referral program, which pays experienced players for raiding with new accounts, reworks PMC bot behaviour and faction relations in PvE, and brings a six-level Prestige system to the PvE Zone.
For your guild
If your guild recruits new players, get them onto a member's referral link before their first raid; the 7-day Candidate window closes fast. PvE regulars should expect harder Lab raids and rework routines around the new bot gear.

The October wipe adds cows and sheep with genetics, milk and cream, a biofuel generator for spoiled meat, locked loot rooms at 13 monuments, and a Bandit Camp helipad that must be repaired before air vehicles are sold.
For your guild
Decide before wipe night whether the clan pays for the helipad or waits, since repairing it also arms every rival on the server. Put one farmer on livestock early; milk and cream now stretch tea buffs, and the generator turns kitchen waste into fuel.

Jagex set October 20 for The Fractured Archive, the new raid beneath Lumbridge, and explained its systems ahead of the bosses: scaling from 2 to 8 players, a Theatre of Blood style wipe, a choose-your-door layout, and live spectating.
For your guild
Book a launch-night group of three to five and sort who learns which door, since the middle three choices are fixed pairs rather than random. Hold the guild's teaching runs until Practice Mode is switched on; before then every wipe costs supplies.
Pete Kayer, a PvP tutor at Ferox Enclave, arrived October 7 with five drills covering protection prayers, freezes, special attacks, gear switching and combo eating, each with an endless mode, ending in two duels against Pete himself.
For your guild
This is a ready-made PvP onboarding course: point new Wilderness recruits at the endless modes and make Pete's final duel the bar for joining clan fights. PvM-only members get a free switching warm-up out of it too.

Crimson Harvest runs until November 3. Capsuleers pick Blood Raiders or the Order of St. Tetrimon, and the side that wins decides whether the Blood Raiders keep a foothold in Pochven or Triglavian minor victory status is cleared from some Amarr systems.
For your guild
Pick a side as a corp so the reward track is not split, and run the Class 3 sites in Delve as a fleet rather than solo. The 90% loot drop makes every roam and every loss worth more until November 3, so tighten the doctrine ships you fly in lowsec.

Update 4.15.0 went in on October 7 after a three-hour downtime. Vegamor's unique enchantment stones move into Lucky Reward Chests that bypass Guild Distribution, while 11 Amitoi, 11 Shapeshifts and two materials can now be distributed by the guild.
For your guild
Update the guild's loot rules this week: Vegamor stones are no longer the officers' to allocate, but the Amitoi and Shapeshift drops now are. Longbow and dagger players should re-check rotations before the next guild war, since the cooldown refunds shrank.

Season 5: A Grim Doctrine launched October 6 with Doctrine, a new Support hero, the first new Escort map since Overwatch 2 launched, a Halloween mode, and role changes that move Sombra to Support and rebuild Roadhog's kit.
For your guild
A Sombra main is now a Support slot on your roster sheet, so recount who can fill each role before the next scrim. Treat the new Escort map as the one to practise; the Halloween mode is for fun nights and changes nothing in ranked.

Season 34 reaches its Midseason Invasion Day this weekend with double scoring and a major Season Point payout. Asia and the Americas have runaway leaders, while Europe's top three remain close enough to reorder.
For your guild
If you hold territory, treat Saturday as the mandatory attendance night of the season; double scoring means a lost defence counts twice. Guilds outside the top ten can still bank the payout by picking fights where the leaders are not looking.

The Icebind is live on Yuvan Peak: an experimental six-player mode against level 999+ enemies with randomized modifiers called Binds, guaranteed Riven Splicer rewards and bonus rewards for side objectives.
For your guild
A six-seat mode is a clan-sized mode. Check who on the roster has cleared Whispers in the Walls and one Elite Archimedea, then build two fixed groups so the Riven Splicers go to the people who will use them.

By God Alone released September 30 with the free 1.20.0 Crozier update. The expansion adds the Christian Church as a Situation spanning all of Christendom, with chapters that can end in a Great Schism, plus an Ecclesiastical government.
For your guild
Multiplayer campaigns need a rules talk before the next session: one player sitting as Head of Faith now steers a mechanic that touches every Christian ruler at the table. Pause mod-heavy saves until the mod list confirms 1.20 support.

Rare's October schedule sets a Bilge Rats Weekender for October 16 to 19, Fight Nights every Tuesday and Emissaries of Fortune every Wednesday, and closes the sail design competition on October 23.
For your guild
Pin the Weekender as your crew's event for the month and keep Tuesday for faction fights and Wednesday for emissary runs; the calendar repeats weekly, so a standing night fits it. Nothing here changes ship balance.
